Ron was discharged today. He really wanted out, and they let him with the understanding that if his labs come back with something, he will have to come back. So, we are still waiting for the results of those tests. Just a quick update.
Sarah, it was great seeing you and your precious girls as well. Wish we could have seen Ron. No, we don't have a CD of those songs, however the one song about Women was written by Mary Duren from Hobe Sound and she has that on a CD. The songs about "Making a Difference" and "I saw Jesus in You." are off of Patch The Pirate by Ron Hamilton. Hopefully this will help you in locating those songs. Have a blessed Christmas and we are praying for y'all!
Dear Cook Family, Ron just dropped off a Christmas card here at our office, Dr. Hughes. I opened the card to take to our break room for all to see and as I looked at the card I saw the site for the blog and have been sitting here reading it. I just want you to know that this has so touched my heart! It has reminded me just how precious life is and to cherish every moment. Ron was always so polite and kind when he came in to the office. At the front desk we are not always aware just how sick some people are and to know how Ron's attitude was towards us all while he was/is going through this is just so uplifting! I will continue to read the blog. I pray that your family has a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. God Bless, Mandy
